Villa Dolceacqua

Eco-chic con personalità

Villa Dolceacqua

A house on a hill….. Situated in an old olive grove with a stunning “bella vista ” view over the valley where it leads you along the Nervia river, past the medieval village Dolceacqua to the Mediterranean Sea and the Italian Flowerriviera. Completely surrounded by a beautiful countryside

You will not find any impersonal and outdated but instead a beautiful and tasteful vacation house where you immediately feel at home and relaxed.

The house was built in 2008 with all respect for nature. We have strived for as much as possible to blend in nature and therefore it is partly sunk into the mountain. It is built according to local needs and values. The materials used are from the area concerned, as they have been here for hundreds of years. There are also many recycled materials.

Our new swimming pool is fully operational.

You will not find any impersonal and outdated but instead a beautiful and tasteful vacation house where you immediately feel at home and relaxed.

Dolceacqua is a village about 6 km from the coast on the Italian riviera. The house is situated on a hill directly overlooking the valley and the sea, surrounded by olive trees.

From Home made tables to design furniture, and of course all equipped with the modern conveniences. The bath and bedlinen used is ecological, not to mention our use our cleaning detergents.
Villa Dolceacqua

We spent our summer holidays at Nicholas Hartleys ‘s beautiful spot early July 2021. It were perhaps our most relaxing family holidays ever. A comfortable, almost luxurious place with a scenic view from 3 different terraces into Dolceaqua Valley and to the meditarrenian sea at 15 km distance. A perfectly equipped home for 4-6 people, various bedrooms, a large living room with state-of-the-art home entertainment and many TV/digital channels. A stylish yet cosy  interior design (Barcelona Chair, Le Corbusier Lounge Chair), an outstandingly well equipped kitchen for foodies and people who love to cook and enjoy the local delicacies from the traditional markets around. A fantastic swimmingpool and comfortable deck chairs that allow endless relaxation. And last but not least, a beautiful olive and Mediterranean Garden that is – like the whole place – well been taking care of. We would come back any time again!! Five Star Rating from our Family!
Thanks for having us, Nic!
