Apricale is a place of interest. The old town dates back to the Middle Ages, but has been kept in good condition, now under the sharp and strict supervision of the Mayor, who has been in charge for more than 18 years. Everything has been as sensibly renovated as possible, as a result of which the town has preserved its historic character. Apricale is untainted! At an altitude of about 300 meters and 14 kilometres from the coast, you will find everything you need.
The villa was built in 2008, so comfortably new. Yet one feels the rural character of the architecture. Indoors the design is modern, yet intimate. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms at your disposal. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the livingroom and sleeping quarters. In addition too a dvd player, one can view, among other things, all Dutch TV channels on the big flatscreen television in the lounge.
The villa covers an area of about 170 m2, with an absolute splendid designed garden of about 1000 m2. What is more, it is the residence of the artist Marianne Y. Naerebout, one can sense it, see it.
The villa is very personal, we tried very hard to make it this way. Not an impersonal holiday villa but built and furnished for permanent occupation. All used materials or of a very high quality, carefully selected and processed. Even the garden emits tranquillity, there are several terraces and a lowered sitting-area where one finds serenity. The sun terrace is equipped with an outside shower, a delightful cooling. The domain is provided with exterior lighting and screened with metal fencing and an entrance gate with remote control. The villa is suitable for two to six persons and on the grounds there is private parking for two vehicles.
