NB:

Above mentioned prices are for a maximum occupancy of 8 persons. The house will always be rented you alone. The house is also ideal for small groups (from 2 persons). 

With a stay longer than 1 week an extra, in between, housecleaning ( € 50,00) is obligatory.

Deposit is € 200, in advance, and refunded after final inspection. Any damage or missing furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
Reservations are final after telephone consultation and signed paper contract , and upon receipt of payment of the rent and security deposit. Longer periods (more than 3 weeks) in consultation.

Conditions

On arrival the house is clean and the beds are made with luxurious  bedlinen.

Two white towels p.p are at your disposal and for inside use . Towels for the beach or outside : Please bring your own.

Basic ingredients for cooking are usually present and as well as some pads for your first espresso/cappuccino in the morning. Please complete used ingredients prior to departure.

You will be welcomed by our Housekeeper Anne, who also gives a short introduction into the house. She works in Dolceacqua, a nearby village. Anne also provides the key and checkout, final inspection and cleaning. Cleaning is very fine and also mandatory.
Anne speaks english and italian fluently. also German and Dutch.

Houserules

• Rent is exclusive final cleaning (€ 200.00).
• Use of bed and bath linen is exclusive.(€ 15.00 p.p.)
• Use of wireless Internet is included
• Use of all additional equipment is included
• Smoking in the house is not allowed.
• No pets.
• Energy is included (except for a long stay in the winter)
